Description
The Eaglet is getting close to fledging. Almost as big as its parents. Warm day in Summit County Colorado. The eaglet has spread its wings back to help cool off. Temps only get into the 70's up here at 9,000 feet. Still on very sunny days and low humidity it appears warmer than it really is.
There are three known nests in the area that I am aware of. I am tracking two of them each spring. The third is at an island, which can only be accessible by boat, on Lake Dillon
